I trained in classical mat Pilates as part of my own midlife journey, and now offer 1:1 sessions, where we focus on mindful movement using the six core Pilates principles: breath, centering, control, precision, concentration, and flow.
Pilates perfectly complements my reflexology and Reiki work, helping you feel more grounded, supported, and at ease in your body.
