Reiki is a gentle Japanese healing therapy that supports deep relaxation and emotional wellbeing by calming the nervous system. Using light touch (or hands just above the body), I help to rebalance your body’s natural energy flow, releasing tension and creating a sense of peace and grounding.
Reiki is especially impactful for women in midlife, when it often feels like you're white-knuckling a constant emotional rollercoaster. It helps your body shift out of “fight or flight” mode, easing anxiety, improving sleep, and softening physical and emotional tension.
